Windows 2003 SP1 and NetMon

I have seen several references to Windows 2003 SP1 no running either
NetMon (included with Windows) or NetMon version with SMS.

Both versions install find (not at the same time of course) but both
fail to run. I am using a simple HP server with HP's 1GB Broadcom
NICs. The error is basically a popup dialog saying that NO PARSERS are
installed, but the parsers directory is full of parser files.

Has anyone found out what this is? Microsoft web site of course is
useless on this issue. Help!

As you might already know it's not recommended to have both NetMon and SMS
installed. You might want to try some of the following: Uninstall all
versions then re-install from the CD. Also, make sure the shortcut in admin
tools is pointing to the netmon folder. Check your install log located
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Network Monitor\parsers and look for any errors.
