So...on my W2003 I have only SP1 installed and computer with windows Vista(x64) is not connected to domain.
Before 3 days everything worked fine...but then, without any reason (maybe some update installed, but not SP2) it stopped working.
I tried to apply these two commands and restart, but it didnt help and sharing from Vista is not working
netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled
netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
Any ideas?

Here you go Bill.... But keep in mind, if JULO's machines are using their
ISP's DNS addresses instead of or mixed with their internal DNS server, the
same errors will occur along with numerous other errors.

Perform the following before un-joining it from the domain:
netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled
netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
Reboot the machine. Then re-join. Reboot.
