I have windows 2003 server with xp pro client.
When I shut down my computer, it synchronize my document folder to the
server and when I log back in, everything is there in my document folder.

All of a sudden I and couple of our other users cannot see any files in sub
folders of my documents.

There are thousands of files and I cannot see and open them and it shows me
empty folder.

When I check the properties of that folder, it shows me the number of MB it
is using. So it looks like the files are there but it does not display us
so we cannot open it.

When I restore from my previous backup, it shows me all file names that it
is restoring but again if I log back in and try to check my document folder,
there is still nothing in there.

I would really appreciate if someone please help me to resolve this issue.

Thank you.

Have any updates been applied to your server recently? I would check the
offline settings of the shared folders on the server to make sure they are
available offline. Does your computer still synchronize when you log in and
out??? Just to clarify when are the files visible/not visible (online or
offline)??
