Windows 2003 Server Product Licensing

First off I understand that this is in the wrong group, however currentlty I cannot locate a windows 2003 server forum.
I am currently running a Eval Product License Key and I would like to change to a legit license and I cannot find a way to do so. The only option that I can see is to sysprep it, but I really don't want to do that. I have also tried several Windows XP solutions (one which was provided by microsoft) that have not worked. I am at wits end and need further assistance.

You can run it as an upgrade, but the eval version is Enterprise and
you can't "upgrade" Enterprise to Standard. Server 2003 Enterprise
full version will happily upgrade the eval version.

Otherwise, unfortunately it's a reinstall or parallel install.
