I'm having an odd issue. I have an HP Lasetjet 5si
printer installed on a 2003 server (which will server as
a print server) installed via a HP JetDirect Port.

On a Windows 2000 client I installed a network print
share mapped back to the 2003 server. When I print from
the client (logged on as domain admin) I get a messeage
stating I am not authorized to print. But the job prints
anyway.

I checked the security on the printer (on both the server
and client) to insure that domain admins could print and
manage docs.

I wanted to turn off print notification, but the option
is not there under the printer settings - Advanced tab on
the print server.

Any thoughts?
