Windows 2003 Server will not respond to WAN requests ...

for VPN or OWA or ping from the outside but fine from the inside. I
am at a loss as to how the server controls these outside connections
to the WAN. Where do I start?

What is between the 2003 server and the internet?

Could be LOTS of things that are missing, not configured,
or set wrong. Gotta have more info to be able to help! :-

Do you have a firewall? If so start there. If no firewall start at the
router which is the default gateway for the 2003 Server and work out to the
Internet.
