My Windows 2003 server working properly previously. However, in some day,
our printer vendor try to install their printer driver in our server, and
the installation halt during the installation. After that, he found our
Print Spooler can't be started and go to dim. And, he suggests to restart
the server to resume the service. After he restarts our server, it make
around one hours to display the Logon Screen. After we login, it takes
another 1 hour to "Apply Computer Settings". In normal status, it only takes
less than 10 minutes to logon. It is the member server only, not AD.

Besides, we found that we can apply the SP1 to the problem server, and even
can't run Windows Update. We try to check the network property, but, after
we double click the network connection in the Control Panel, nothing dispaly
and no window pop-up. Even worse, if we try to logoff the administrator
accounts, it also takes a hour to logout.

Can anyone help me?

Regards,
Berthold

The APC version is 7.0. I have another 2003 server which is the AD and
running the same APC version.
