Is this server a DC on your network? If you are using dynamic DNS
registration, you'll need to restart the Netlogon and DNS Client services on
the DC after changing the IP address. (If it's only a member server, you'll
only need to restart the DNS Client service.)
You may run into an issue with your clients using a cached copy of the DNS
record at first - if this happens, run 'ipconfig /flushdns' on any
problematic clients to flush their local DNS cache so that they'll retrieve
the updated record.
