Windows 2003 Server and SAN

We have setup 3 Windows 2003 Servers to Access a drive setup on a IBM 6800
SAN. All three server can access the drive no problem but if I create a
directory on the SAN from one server it cannot be seen by the other two
servers and vice versa. Is there something I am missing?
