No. It is a limitation of over-all NAT technology, not a limitation of
RRAS. It creates a situation where the source and destination MAC address
(Layer2 address) in the packet are the same address. The thing just flips
out and shoots itself in the head.

When inside the LAN, for accessing internal resources you must use either
the Netbios Machine Name, or the internal AD/ DNS FQDN. You must not use
the public FQDN.
When outside the LAN you must use the Public FQDN.
You should never use IP#s in either case. They are not the "fool-proof" way
of accessing that everyone thinks they are,..it is just the opposite, it
actually causes problems,...particularly when proxy servers are involved.
