windows 2003 R2 SP2 network browing problems

Hi guys,

i recently installed a windows 2003 R2 SP2 on a workgroup, and when i
try to access another server on the lan via \\192.168.0.1 it gives me
the error:

"no network provider accepted the given path"

it won't work with names or ip addresses, the only ip that i can
access that way is its own.

but if i share a file it will be accessible from the other servers.

i do have conectivity to the other servers on the lan (i can ping
them) and there is no firewall between them.

any ideas?

seemed to be the SP2. rolled back and everything worked ok.
