windows 2003 r2 - pop3 copmponent

I'm using the pop3-service which is included in Win2003 R2.

I've tried to send an email with the size of 2MB, but I receive the
following error:
"Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size"

How can I change the max-size for receiving and sending emails? The current
size is about 1MB, this is too small.

Open up IIS Manager and go to the properties of the SMTP Virtual Server.
Under Messages, change the Limit Message Size to KB to other value.
