Hello, i'm having a strange problem with a server. From a cold boot
or restart, the "preparing network connections" dialog before you get
to the login screen takes about 10 minutes. Also the internet on the
server, and all of the other computers behind it will not work until i
disable, and then enable the local area connection, which is the WAN
connection. It also cuts out frequently, and disable/enable the
connection makes it work for a while again. I've already checked the
dns settings, the powersave settings on the cards etc. Any help would
be greatly appreciated. This server has had this problem almost since
day 1, and a windows reinstall did not remedy it.
