Windows 2003 missing RDP 5.2

I recently updated from Windows 2000 server to 2003 standard ed. I am missing the remote desktop feature. System Properties is missing the remote tab (and automatic updates) all together. I checked the registry and the RDP is enabled, but no connection can be made. When I try to make a new connection in Terminal Services Configuration the only option is RDP 5.0 and when I try to install that I get a internall error -message box. The RDP stopped working while the server was still W2K (I suspect about the time illegal FTP-service appeared). One reason I updated was to get the RDP working again. Is there any way to fix this appart from fresh install? VM
