Windows 2003 general network problem :(

I'm having this problem for the second time (the first time I was
using Windows 2003 RC2):

One morning I started the PC and everything was just fine. I went out
and when I came back at the evening, the PC was still running, but the
network on my Windows 2003 Enterprise Server was down. It's been more
than 10 days yet and I still have the problem - the network adapter
seems to work fine (I have also Windows 98 on the same machine and
there are no network problems with it at all), the Network Connection
too. According to my Windows 2003 everything is fine, except that
there is no network traffic at all. The ARP tables are empty too.
There's no ping to the default gateway. I'm sure this is a software
problem, 'cause I'm writing this now using my Windows 98. I also tried
to plug the network adapter into another PCI slot, but no result. I
even plugged a different adapter, but again no result. The first time
I had this problem, it solved by itself in a couple of days, but
now...

So, what should I do? I don't want to reinstall Windows again

I have the same problem. Reinstalling doesn't do any good.
Any suggestions/solutions anyone ? Or Microsoft ?
