WIndows 2003 firewall port translation!

I am using IIS 6.0 to host two websites on the same
server. I have two IP's assigned on the server and I have
the WIndows 2003 Firewall turned on. The firewall only
transfers port 80 traffic to one of the IP's. It would not
let me create two rules for both the IP's as it says that
PORT 80 is already taken. If I turn the firewall off I am
able to access both the IP's on port 80.

Is there anyways to do this using Windows 2003 firewall?

You could just distinguish between the two web sites using
host headers rather than IP addresses. Have both FQDNs point
to the same IP in DNS.
