windows 2003 excel not saving

I have problem with saving excel documents winth 98se client on a
windows 2003 sbs server
the problem that i have happen not at all pc but the client have the
same patch and service pack
i have read the post messages on this problem but the solution seems
are install the office 2000

Is IT possible ?
