Windows 2003 Enterprise Outbound Intenet access

I have Windows 2003 server that when is booted up normally i can not access
the internet. I can see all internal resources but can not access the
internet. When i boot up in Safe Mode with Networking i can access the
internet fine.

I am logging on as the administrator as from what i can tell there is not
any policy bocking net access. The Event viewer seems clean also.

The system has a T1 into a linksys router and i have done the following.

Recived a dynamic IP (works on other systems)
Set a static IP

Removed the network stack

checked for spyware.

All to no sucess.

Any Ideas ?

Looks like my post was messed up.

I added. The server is connected to a Linksys router. All other connections
work.

I have tried with DCHP and Static addresses and removed the network stack.
No luck.
