Windows 2003 Ent network access

Hello everybody

I have a problem with my Win 2000 Advance server which i recently upgrade it
to windows 2003. The server is acting as SQL server and file server. After
upgrading the server all clints have a delays on accessing they files on the
server as well the SQL server works prity slow. At the Event Viewer I'm
geting a few erros like:

The last message I'm geting only when I restart the server.

I'm sorry for my late response Jetro.

But do you think that this will solve the problem with the delays when it
comes to data access since this server is acting as SQL and file server.
Basicaly this problem started to happend as soon as I upgradet to Win2003 Ent
SP1.
