Windows 2003 DHCP Multiple Scopes lost Address Pools.

I have a DHCP server with around 30 different scopes. All of a sudden all
but 3 of them have lost their Address Pool configuration and now display a
blue explanation icon on the scopes.

Any ideas on what would cause this and how to resolve?
