Windows 2000 DC with 2003 server on network

I am looking at adding a windows 2003 server to our network. We currently
have a windows 2000 domain controller set up and want to leave it that way
for now. The 2003 server will just be there to host our norton av 9 on it.
Does anyone know of any problem we may come accross?

Servers:
NT 4.0
2000 <- domain controller
2003 <- need to add to host Norton.

Workstations:
Win98se

we have been using 2003 as SAV on 2000 domain for half year and it works.
