Windos Server and DNS/NET

Dear all
We have MS Windows 2003 Server and sometimes (2/week) We have a problem :
if I enter in browser address www.something.com (*), page is not found,
When I make "repair network - net connection" (in Control panel/Network),
then address * is founded OK.
Exist command analogy for this action???

Hello datel,

Please post an unedited ipconfig /all fro the server. How do you access the
internet, via router or directly from the server?
