winXP and 2000 works just fine but win9x and NT4 can't
connect to a shared folder on a windows server 2003. Any
idea? Our domain is an NT4 domain. Thanks

How long is the share name in question?
Also, are you trying to map to a subfolder *under* a share? NT and 9x can't
do that, I'm afraid.

OK - can the computers in general browse to the share or manually specify it
using \\servername\sharename in your Explorer address bar?

How are you trying to connect - using a login script?

either by doing a "right click" map network drive or by
browsing to it. I can map to other win2003 servers.

What errors do you get?
Can you browse to the share?
Can you do

net use x: \\servername\sharename

in a command line?
