Win98se to WinXP pro Networking connection

I have two XP's and one 98Se connected via Linksys router.... I have mshome
setup...
I can connect to XP machines from 98 machine... I cannot connect the 98
machine from XP machines..
Also the XP machines take a long time opening MShome workgroup..
WinXP home network setup was done from the WINXP setup disk... All three
machines connect to the internet very well...any help would be appreciated.
