Win98SE>WinXP printer sharing

I’m trying to set up file and printer sharing with my wife’s computer.

I’m running Win98SE and she’s using WinXP2 Home.

We’re current sharing a cable Internet connection and she is able to use my
printer. However, my “Network Neighborhood� does not “see� her computer and
I can not use her printer.

On her computer (WinXP2) I’ve tried to set up a home network and am told to
copy and then run the file “netsetup.exe� on my computer. Yet each time I
attempt to run the file, it performs an “illegal operation� and tells me to
restart my computer. Furthermore, I’m told that the program was cancelled
“due to restrictions in effect on this computer.� I closed ZoneAlarm and
Norton Anti-Virus but got the same message when I attempted to return
netsetup.exe.

The details of the message are below. Any help you can give me in allowing
me to print from my wife’s printer will be appreciated.

Your computer is already set up for networking. There's no reason to
run XP's Network Setup Wizard on it, even though it tells you to.

It's likely that a firewall program on your wife's computer is
blocking access to it from your computer.

If you see this, your link at the bottom is giving a 404. It did the
same from
Rick Rodgers page also... I notified him of it last night and wondered if
maybe
he hasn't gotten to you yet //// OR //// is it on my end? I don't think
it
is on my end... I rarely ever get 404 pages..
