For some reason my win98se has stopped asking for a network login when it
boots up. It used to do so and then I got hit by a virus. After fixing the
virus, it no longer asks for the login.

If I go to START LOG OFF and log in, then it works OK on the network.

Run the registry editor, open this registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\
Network\Real Mode Net

and delete the value named "AutoLogon". This web site explains how to
do it:

boots up.

Thanks again
