Shared folders don't appear in Network Neighborhood -- computers do.
If the Win2000Pro computer appears, click it to see its shared
folders. If it doesn't appear, try accessing the shared folder
directly by typing this in the Start | Run box:
\\computer\share
Substitute the Win2000Pro computer's name and the shared folder's
name.
If that doesn't work, try pinging the Win2000Pro computer by name:
ping computer
If that doesn't work, make sure that NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled on
both computers, as shown here:
