That depends on what you mean by "server". If it's going to be a local file
storage device (kinda like a big hard drive on the network) that would
probably be fine. But if it's going to be used to serve applications or
large amounts of data, or will be in constant use, then I'd recommend using
a real server operating system instead of Windows 98.
