Win98 to SBS2000 Internet Explorer Problem

I have all Win98 client machines on the SBS2000 network.
When I am on any of the clients, and logged in as a
client, and I go to Internet Explorer it gives me a
dialogue box prompting me for Entering A Network Password.
The dialogue box is setup as such:

"Please typr your username and password.
Firewall: x.x.x.x
Username: xxxxx
Password: xxxxx
Domain: xxxxx

When I type in the clients infomation, it is not accepted.
But when I type in the Administrators info it connects to
the internet.

You should probably ask this in a SBS2000 newsgroup, since this appears to
be an issue with authentication from SBS.
