Hi

I have a system of three Win 98 computers that are connected to the internet
through a wireless DSL modem. Each computer can access the internet and they
can ping each other, however, I cannot get them to share files or printers -
I do have this set on each computer.

Strangely, on one computer (Comp A) can see one of the other computers (Comp
B) in network neighborhood, but I get an error about Comp B being unavailable
if I try and access Comp B from Comp A, and Comp B cannot see Comp A in
Network Neighbourhood.

Any suggestions?

Cheers

you could try and disable 'computer browser' on all but one computer (the
one thats on the most)

From network neighborhood properties select File & print sharing, select and
click properties then select "Master Browser" from the right list and choose
disabled from the left list.

might take up to 15min after network is running for the browser selection to
take place
