win98 Linksys WDT11

I have installed a WDT PCI adapter with the Linksys
wireless card. It will install and show up in DM (with the
yellow !) On boot i get card not working must reinstall
drivers. I have removed and reinstalled the latest drivers
but same thing. Any ideas?
