Win98 dsclient9x.msi

I don't know if i'm in the correct forum...if not please
point me to the right one...

I'm trying to install this on a win98 laptop. i've
downloaded all the updates according to the microsoft
update center. But it does not recognize the .msi
extension. Any suggestions?
