time that cause the traffic in the network full. What is
wrong with this pc?

I presume you use TCP/IP as your network protocol.
Right click on Network Neighbourhood
Left double click on the 'File and Printer sharing for Microsoft
networks'
That appears in the dialog window
(NOT the file and print button from below the dialog window)
Now the Advanced tab is showing
Highlight the Browser Master service and select NO in the right hand
dialog.
Close and reboot.

There is nothing wrong leaving the setting at Automatic but if the
traffic it creates bothers you then stop it. The machine is simply
attempting to become the Master Browser all the time when you
'presumably' have another machine performing that function.
