Win98 administrator to user change

I have one Win 98 machine on my network that the user has
admin rights..I want to take her out of admin group and
put her in user group so she cannot install programs on
her own. How do I do this??? Thanks in advance..

Windows 98 does not have "administrators" or "users".
Everyone can do anything.
