Win2k3 server browsing issue

We have an issue with our Win2k3 server in which we cannot access any of the
shares from a PC. We can ping the server by name and ip but it does not
appear in My Network Places.

From the server itself if we browse the network and all of the computers in
the domain appear except for the server itself. All services that are
necessary are started and no errors appear after muliple reboots that may be
the cause.

Any ideas are appreciated.
