Hello,
Do you have any problems with regular VPN client connections?
Are there any events from RemoteAccess being logged in event viewer?
Have you tried to recreate the Demand Dial interfaces on both servers?
One thing to remember is that when adding a demand-dial interfac, the username, configured from the credentials screen during the Demand-Dial Wizard,
must match the name of the interface that you will be dialing into and be a valid RAS user account on that system or domain.
Please take a look at the following URL for more information about virtual Private networks in Windows 2003.
