How do I go about configuring RRAS so that ONLY computers that are joined to
the domain can connect via VPN? I am trying to prevent people from using
their home computers to connect to the VPN.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can't,..not with RRAS anyway.

If you used ISA Server you can limit the machine they can connect to, you
can limit the protocols they can use, and you can do it based on user
account,....however it is still not possible as far as I know to prevent
them from using any certain machine as the source. However you can use the
VPN Quarentine features with ISA to validate the machine they are using in
terms of requirements like AV protection and such. Heck the Quarentine may
even let you do exactly what you ask, I don't know,..I have never used that
part of the ISA Server.
