Win2K3 - NIC Teaming - Mac address

Hi,

We have a server with Win2K3 and 2 NICs. I have installed the Broadcom
software for the NIC and created a Team. Now i have a virtual NIC which will
use the mac address of any one of the NIC.
We want to install an application that is licensed with the mac address of
the server.
Is is possible that i can create a NIC team with a virtual mac address that
does not change ever and i can register my application license with it ?

Please guide. Thanks in advance.

Hello abckid,

Check the properties of the teamed NIC with the teaming software. I know
from HP that it is possible to change the virtual MAC address.
