No, using bult-in features your task cannot be accomplished. From 3rd party
utilities you can use something like WinRoute but keep in mind that it gives
you only option to restrict access based on IP addresses -- this software
cannot read information from AD (actually all software that can cannot be
called as cheap). Also Winroute gives you an option to define grunting
password (so when user will be connecting using browser to Internet he/she
will get password prompt window)
