I would not even attempt to do this. Is your server a domain
controller? Does it have a fixed IP address? Is it running DNS? If any of
these apply, ICS is not compatible.
ICS is a simple sharing device which "takes over" the client, resetting
its IP, default gateway and DNS settings. It is not suitable for a server as
a client.
