How do you bridge 2 NIC cards in a Windows 2000 server?

I know it's simple to do with XP or Server 2003, but I haven't been able to
find anything on how to setup a simple bridge under Server 2000.

I don't need to setup any routing or NAT services, I just need to connect 2
subnets under 192.168.1.x so I can setup some network monitoring and
bandwidth management services.

Network bridge was a new addition in XP/W2k3. It wasn't there in W2k.

In addition to Bills post, bridging is Layer2,...subnets are Layer3. If you
are working with 2 subnets, then you need Layer3 Routing, not Layer2
Bridging.
