Here is whats going on.

We have a Windows 2000 Server. The server has a static IP, gateway and
DNS already set.

We can ping any computer inside our LAN or VPN "Cisco PIX's
controlled".

We cannot ping Google for example by either name or IP.

Being able to ping a computer on the LAN verifies the NIC is working.

Being able to ping a computer on the VPN verify that traffic passing
through the internet is reaching the server.

Still we cannot access google.

I still don't get this ...
Is your server behind a Cisco PIX? (if yes, what are the logs saying?)
Can anyone else from your subnet access the internet?
Has it ever worked?

Yes Server is behind the PIX, everyone else in the subnet can access
the internet fine. Logs show nothing. I even ran Ethereal to capture
the packet flow. It will send Http request, but receives nothing from
to "internet traffic" eg nothing except 192.X.X.X. Yes it worked fine,
then stopped for no obvious reason.
