Win2k Domains sharing resources

If I have two separate Domains running windows 2000 servers.....how would I
get the members of one domain to access resources to the shares of the other
(these two domains do share resources, but I have to manually connect to
shares using user names and passwords). Say when I chose a share and want to
add users who have read/write access to it, I'd like to be able to select
users from the *second* domain as well as the primary domain where the
machine is a DC. Any documentation, links or suggestions would be much
appreciated

Thanks a lot for your help

assuming you don't want to build trust relationship between these two
domains, create the same id and password on the both servers.

You could also use the "connect as" feature.
