I have a similar problem .
I want to use 802.1x in a cisco layer3 switch (Catalyst 3750) .
The windows user authenticate and the switch show it went on the right VLAN (show vlan) assigned by using a Radius server on IAS (Internet Authentication Server) but the dhcp request even if is "proxed" by the right address of the switch on that VLAN (ip helper address for each vlan interface)is from another VLAN.
I am using a superscope in Win2000 DHCP , should a normal scope solve the problem .
I cannot test the config until next week ... do anybody face the same problem and solved it ?
May be Omar alrady soved the problem and can give me an answer ....
