Win2003 Network Setup ???

Hello,

I want to learn about win2003?

Few considerations are as follow:

1. Be able to share internet connection
2. Having a simple redundant internet connection. One is DSL and the other
is a modem that uses proxy settings
3. The server has central "File and Printer sharing" on valid users.
4. Create 2 private network (broadcast-guest connection, non-broadcast-hide
from guest). Reason is, there are mobile user that can use any available
connection (i.e. wired or wireless) on the area and respective allowed user
should see the non-broadcast network.
5. No. of clients 20max.
6. IIS will be used locally.
7. Be able to view current connected users and be able to determine if there
are a guest or not.
8. Since I there is a proxy setting on one of the internet connection
provider, is there a way to mixed it with or switch from one to connection
to another without having the users' changing their browser lan connection
setting?


Can this setup possible for the win2003? which one std, enterprise ?

Would really appreciate to hear your opinions and suggestions?
