Win2003 cann0t access winnt server, same domain

OK this is a strange one


THE NETWORK


I use to have 2 NT 4 server. in this small network

1 - I installed a new server ( a third machine) with nt4,,,,, as a BDP,
and upgraded that to a win2003 server ( after promoted it to a PDC of
course)

2 - I also intalled a second win2003 server
3 - I deleted one winnt server ( frome microsoft procedure )

Now I have 2 win2003 server and one winnt server ( sql server)


THE SITUATION

Lately , when a tried to go to the winntserver throught network browsing, I
get a access denied from the 2 win2003 server



If I try with a XP workstation, no problem
