Win XP SP2 & MN-110 Ethernet Adapter

I just installed Windows XP Home (the version that
includes SP 2) on my laptop. Now my USB wired MN-110
ethernet adapter won't work. I installed the newest BNU
software, but when I plug the adapter in, the connection
wizard doesn't see it. Device manager shows the adapter,
but says no driver is installed. Could someone please
help? I just don't know enough about this to solve the
problem. The PC is a Dell Inspiron 8000 laptop. Thank
you!
