Hi newsreaders

On our server we made an update to Windows 2003 Server SP1 from Windows
2000. After several smaller problems I am dealing with one little problem,
but it fills my logfiles with red dots.
On the server (single DC with one member server) with network to the
Internet there is also an ISDN CAPI-connection to an additional provider. An
applikation regularly dials this connection to exchange some data with the
other provider. That exchange works fine, no problem.
But each time the disl up connection is made, there exist 3 messages in the
system event log.
Type Date Time Source Categ. Event
Information 03.08.2005 17:06:07 W32Time None 37
Information 03.08.2005 17:06:07 RemoteAccess None 20159
Error 03.08.2005 17:06:06 W32Time None 29
Information 03.08.2005 17:05:26 W32Time None 37
Information 03.08.2005 17:05:26 RemoteAccess None 20158
Error 03.08.2005 17:05:25 W32Time None 29

Why does w32time react on the dial up connection? Can i reconfigure something?
If no dial ups are done, w32time syncs perfectly with the configured time
source.

Any help very appriciated. Thanks
