To get the updated file you need to contact Microsoft as is stated in KB
293793 - "Exception 0E in Vredir Error Messages When You Open Network Files"

http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=293793). Use the link in the KB article to
determine the appropriate telephone number to be used for your location,
describe your problem, refer to KB 293793 and ask to be given access to the
hotfix. If it's established that your problems would be resolved by
installing the patch you will be given a link and password to enable you to
download a copy. Cost to you should be nothing more than any telephone call
costs that you might incur provided that you ask for no other technical
support. If for some reason an attempt is made to charge you then immediately
ask to speak to a supervisor.
Such hotfixes are not freely available because often they have not been fully
regression tested and should thus only be installed on system experiencing the
problems mentioned in the KB.
