I don't think ME or 98 can join a domain. Only NT, 2000 and XP Pro.

In article <(E-Mail Removed)>, Scott M. says...

I do not have a way to test this; no NT domains to try this with. But I can
see, in Network Properties, on Windows Me, that I can log on to a network
wit the following choices (from the bottom to the top):

Logon and restore network connections
Quick logon

Log on to Windows NT domain (with a window to enter the Windows NT domain
name).

You would think that the programmers would have suppressed the Windows NT
domain logon option if Windows Me could not log on to a domain. I believe
that, in most cases, the options available to Windows Me are also available
to Windows 98; or, at least, Windows 98SE.

If you tell me that Windows 95 can't joins a domain, well; I don't have a
way to check the Network Propteries on a Windows 95 computer, so I just
can't say.

{And to the OP; my apologies, but, as I said, I don't have a Windows NT
domain network, so I have no idea what to tell you to try.}
